Manufacturing
Eighteen VMC and three CNC turning machines, in-house design and patternmaking, 3D scanning for legacy parts, and castings specified to the grade glass production demands — across two units in the UPSIDC Surajpur estate, Greater Noida.
Two units, one chain
KVG runs the full chain that an IS-machine arm, mechanism or wear part passes through — reading the drawing, developing the pattern, machining the metal and getting it to your plant — across two units in the same UPSIDC Surajpur Site-5 estate in Greater Noida. Keeping those steps together is what removes the handoffs where accuracy and lead time usually leak away.
Our engineers read, edit and develop digital drawings themselves, so you can order against your own part references rather than re-describing a component in an email. Patterns are made on site instead of being subcontracted. Where a worn part has no surviving drawing at all, we scan it, rebuild the model and prototype from that. The machining behind all of it is our own: Eighteen vertical machining centres and three CNC turning machines under our own roof, not booked out to a job shop.
The result is the loop the rest of the market leaves open: send us a drawing — or send us the part — and the same team that reads it develops the pattern, cuts the metal and ships the result, traceable to that drawing every step of the way.
What we do in-house
Eighteen vertical machining centres and three CNC turning machines run in-house, so arms, mechanisms and wear parts are cut on our own capacity and to our own schedule rather than booked out to a job shop.
Drawings are read, edited and developed by our own engineers. Have a drawing? Send us your drawings — PDF, DWG, DXF or STEP — and we quote against your own part references.
Patterns are developed on site and never subcontracted, so geometry stays under our control from drawing to casting and a revision turns around without waiting on an outside shop.
A legacy part with no surviving drawing can still be reproduced. We scan the original, rebuild the model from the scan and prototype against it — which is how older equipment stays supported.
Castings are specified to the grade glass production actually demands — cast iron, SG iron, aluminium and Minox — matched to the duty the part sees rather than to a house default.
Export-ready packing and documentation move consignments from our Greater Noida units to container glass plants worldwide.
Fast, engineer-to-engineer quoting
We read and edit digital drawings in-house. Share your requirement and our engineers will respond with configuration and lead-time details.
