This policy explains what information KVG Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. (“KVG”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately short and plain, because our website does one thing: it lets you send us an enquiry.
KVG Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer and supplier of moulds, variables, spare parts and allied equipment for the container glass industry. We operate from two units in the UPSIDC-Surajpur Industrial Area Site-5, Kasna Rd, Block L, Surajpur Site V, Greater Noida – 201312, Uttar Pradesh, India — Site 1 at J-87 and Site 2 at K-25 — and we are the data controller for the information collected through this website.
We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you submit the enquiry / RFQ form or the quick-enquiry form, that typically includes:
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email instead of the form, we receive whatever information you include in that message. We do not run accounts, logins or payment processing on this site, so we never ask for and never store passwords or card details here.
We use the information you send for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to quote, discuss and fulfil the products you ask about. This includes reviewing any drawing you attach so our engineers can advise on materials, gob configuration and lead time.
